Childcare during COVID-19 Pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought everyone into an unprecedented situation. Everyone is staying at home as outside there is a risk of catching deadly virus. This situation has affected children terribly. Their schools are closed; even the top school in Raj Nagar cannot open to continuing teaching.
It has become parents’ duty to care for their children and make their studying entertaining and productive. Still, schools are offering online classes that result in homework and other tasks.
Make sure your child is getting sufficient sleep. It does not mean that you let them sleep for a long time. Eight hours of sleep are enough for them at a specific time. Encourage them for early to bed hence early to rise.
Take care of their diet. They should not be eating too many junks and fats. Add salads and veggies in every meal. Milk and eggs will do fine for their healthy diet.
Since they are at home for the whole day several weeks, insist them to exercise and yoga. Exercise will keep them productive for the whole day. It is important for them to be physically fit during such a situation. You can find several simple yet effective exercises, which are fun and entertaining. Find something like this from the internet or a trainer.
Hobbies are always a great way to spend spare time in a productive manner. Encourage your child to develop a productive hobby like sketching, chess, music, and others.
Spend time with your children. Inform them about COVID-19 and give them the hope that tomorrow will be better.
