A student diet: how to stay fit during lockdown

Schools are closed and we are stuck at home. You cannot go outside as we used to earlier. So, if you stay that long inside your home, you start worrying about your mental and physical fitness. You may have been enrolled in one of the best CBSE schools in Raj Nagar Ghaziabad, but all these schools are limited to some extent.

You have to take care of yourself – the workout routine, healthy diet and productive usage of time. When it comes to diet – most of us are not a great fan of vegan and nutritious food. We take a lot of butter, junk food and soda. Since we are stuck at home, our diet results in an increase in our weight.

Always leave a quarter of your stomach empty. Eat not only three times a day, but several times – just keep a quarter of your stomach empty. This is the answer if you are wondering how much and how often you should eat.

Add greens in your diet. You are a student and most of you are teenagers; you need a lot of energy as your body is going through physical transformation. Green vegetables are the most nutritious diet that will take care of every part of your body. Moreover, we all spend too much time before digital screens; these veggies are effective for eyes and protect you from several eye deficiency diseases.

A good workout and a balanced diet are all we need to stay fit. Stay fit and be productive during this lockdown period.
